Why are there only five estates?+
Because we host them ourselves. Every house in the collection is one we know personally, maintained to the same standard and never resold through an agency. When the five are taken for your dates, we say so honestly instead of offering you something else.
How do I reach the villas?+
Split airport (SPU) is served year-round from across Europe and every estate is a 20 to 30 minute private transfer from the terminal. Our concierge arranges the car and the arrival so the house is open when you step out of it.
Is reserving directly better than a booking platform?+
Yes, in both price and service. Reserving with the owner removes 15 to 25% in platform commission and service fees, and you speak to the person who holds the keys rather than a call centre.
Does every estate have a private pool?+
Every estate in the collection has its own pool, most of them heated so that May, June and September feel like high summer.
What languages do you look after guests in?+
Our concierge answers in English, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Slovak, Czech and Croatian, and replies on WhatsApp the same day.
What are the cancellation terms?+
Transparent, human terms with a free-cancellation window on most dates. Write to the concierge and we confirm the exact conditions for your dates in writing before anything is paid.
